Job Description: Description: The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, data preparation, and results validation for Mobile Telecommunications Infrastructure (sites). Responsibilities: Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring BIM-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. Establish BIM execution plans for a Mobile Telecommunications project, ensuring alignment with project goals. Prepare existing data in CAD Designs or PDF to be used in the preparation of BIM files. Review and analyze BIM models for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to the Mobile Telecommunications Infrastructure project specifications and standards. Provide training sessions and/or on-the-job training to enhance team skills in BIM software and methodologies. Contribute to project documentation, reporting progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client regarding BIM-related inquiries. Suggest BIM strategies and progress to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding of the process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in BIM management and implementation, ideally in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Proficiency in BIM software (e.G., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and an understanding of other related technologies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Project management certification (e.G., PMP, LEED) is a plus. Experience with programming or scripting in BIM tools is an advantage.
