Job Description Main tasks and goals : Receive purchase orders; Check supplier invoices, validate them and re-invoice services to the business lines; Maintain and develop the structure of operational dashboards in the context of cost monitoring; Provide the business lines with all invoicing/re-invoicing supporting documents; Participate in the preparation of package rebilling elements in collaboration with Workplace financial management; Updating Access databases to keep information up to date with the latest projects and organization; Prepare and make available the information required for customer and supplier quality; Participate in all workgroups and initiatives relating to organization and operational efficiency; Participate in actions to optimize processes and reduce costs as part of an ongoing sustainable development approach. Qualifications Degree in accounting, financial management, economics or data management.
