You'll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks (not exhaustive):Ensure the validation of contracts imported into the web client space by checking the information that determines the risk and the premium.Manage active contracts to update the database (handling cancellations, changing beneficiaries, Ensure the registration of new customer accounts or the update of existing accounts in the application, according to internal procedures.Receive new subscription files received by mail, verify the completeness of the file's documents, and follow up with contacts if necessary.Enter contracts received by mail into the system, verify the completeness of the information, and check the elements that determine billing.Ensure customer service reception, via phone and other communication channels (chat, email, , analyze the request or need, and respond according to internal procedures.
