The RolePrepare customer invoices based on contracts and system data:
Coordinate billing and customer information with relevant teamsRespond to customer billing inquiriesEnter and maintain customer master dataManage the collection of outstanding customer balancesDaily check if expected payments have been collectedCall clients for any overdue according to the procedureIdentify and resolve discrepancies in current accounts, investigate and resolve possible problems related to invoices or paymentsPrepare month-end closing schedules and related accrualsClarify with internal and external departmentsVerify that transactions comply with financial policies and proceduresSupport pulling together financial information for the annual auditExecute other administrative mattersContinuous improvement on team's procedures and processesYour ProfileBachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/BusinessGeneral understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts1 year of experience in an AR and billing focused positionProficiency in spoken and written EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office ExcelExperience in preparing audit-relevant invoice data for auditors and tax auditorsStrong customer service and quality orientationDetail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable personTeam spiritAbility to work under pressureAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingWe OfferIntegration in a highly motivated teamWorking in an international environmentDoes this sound like you?Come and build your career with us!
