Company language: English The Role Prepare customer invoices based on contracts and system data: Coordinate billing and customer information with relevant teams Respond to customer billing inquiries Enter and maintain customer master data Manage the collection of outstanding customer balances Daily check if expected payments have been collected Call clients for any overdue according to the procedure Identify and resolve discrepancies in current accounts, investigate and resolve possible problems related to invoices or payments Prepare month-end closing schedules and related accruals Clarify with internal and external departments Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Support pulling together financial information for the annual audit Execute other administrative matters Continuous improvement on team's procedures and processes Your Profile Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts 1 year of experience in an AR and billing focused position Proficiency in spoken and written English Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Experience in preparing audit-relevant invoice data for auditors and tax auditors Strong customer service and quality orientation Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable person Team spirit Ability to work under pressure Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing We Offer Integration in a highly motivated team Working in an international environment Does this sound like you?
