The Opportunity
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
As a Billing Assistant, your key responsibility will be to record and monitor financial flows (premiums and/or claims) in accordance with management's directives for a portfolio of clients or products.
You'll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks :
Communicating effectively (both orally and in writing) with clients and companies on all accounting matters related to the contract.
Setting up accounting and financial flows for new contracts by providing the necessary data, such as contract input, contributors, and commissions.
Generating premium issuance and/or claims billing related to contract input.
Handling (unpaid) premiums or claim reminders
Managing the inventory of the client or product portfolio for which they are responsible
Handling unallocated funds (including their identification and allocation)
Handling calls for funds
Following up with clients within the framework of the Group's working capital processes
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of insurance contracts is advantageous
Strong communication and writing skills
Attention to detail, with the ability to follow rules, procedures, and meet deadlines
Ability to work well in a team
Good organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex information
Proficiency in French, with a minimum level of B2, ideally C1
