We are looking for a Bid Manager - French Speaking (m/f/d) to join our Aveiro Team!
In this role, you will be responsible for...
- Coordinating and creating complex, international proposals for our globally distributed web- and app-based mobility solutions.
- Analyze tender documents and customer requirements in detail, developing, in close collaboration with the relevant departments, the core components: competitive bid strategies and technical solution concepts.
- Manage the entire proposal process, working closely with technical experts, project management, sales, legal, and controlling to ensure all requirements are met and risks are considered.
- A key aspect of your role involves accurately calculating project budgets and preparing technical and commercial documentation tailored to the customer.
- Ensure that all bid strategies meet the complex requirements and, as a consequence, contribute actively to the overall success.
We're looking for someone who has...
- A completed university degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in bid management or proposal creation for complex technical solutions, ideally in a technology-driven and international environment.
- Successfully coordinated interdisciplinary teams during the bid phase and are comfortable working with various stakeholders.
- A solution-oriented profile, approaching complex topics in a structured way, quickly grasping connections and effectively communicating them.
- You enjoy working together with technical experts on the content of the tender and actively helping to shape technical solution concepts.
- You act responsibly, analyzing and assessing potential risks for future project execution while calculating the required budget in coordination with the technical team.
- Strong customer focus and a keen interest in technical topics that help to create compelling proposals that meet specific requirements in coordination with various departments.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French round off your profile. Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
