We partner with Customers, Dealers, sales and internal processes through high quality Tenders and /or proposals that are design leading, clear and ERP uploadable, competency in product selection and pricing to meet the clients need while reaching best possible margins.
Cross disciplinary function between Sales and Customer Operation Support Sales Organization and Customer requests with redacting Quotes and supports Tenders. Hands out a clean, ready to be registered quote to Customer Service.
B&D function s
Makes quotes according to the Customer / Sales Team Request; Ensures that the appropriate pricelist list and/or Discount is applied; Guarantees the quality and completeness of product information; Ensures the proper application of the Sales Term and Trade contract agreements; Handles the follow-up and modification of quotes according to their evolution; Transmits the quotation according to the Project Breakdown (per map, product range, etc) to the Customer Service; Prepares the Orders thanks to the appropriate document, Sales order Form; Realizes Tenders supports in the administrative document, Product Sheet and Pricelist; Organizes mock-ups from the Sales/Customer demand to the search of the products to the coordination of the installation; Eventually coordinates with Customer Service for Order Entry. Sales Support Supports Sales Team in their Request; Contacts (telephone & email) prospects/customers and hands out messages; Answers to customer inquiries price - product sheet - image - etc; Coordinates the activity with Sales Team. Routine Tasks Participates on the daily Team meeting; Reports activities to his/her Management; Updates weekly his/her KPI; Is flexible on all accounts and areas; Is proactive is continuous Improvement. Comply with the QEH&S policy and participate in achieving the expected QEH&S results
Apply the QEH&S system Profile Degree 2 years of post-graduation studies in Business Support or Services; Sales support experience, ideally in Furniture industry; Minimum of 3 years of B&D / Customer Service or Project Management; High degree of professionalism and integrity; Excellent communication skills.
