The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Azure Analysis Services, Azure DevOps, and SQL Data Warehousing, with the ability to work remotely from Portugal. Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience in Azure Analysis Services and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in SSAS Tabular Model, DAX, and SQL Data Warehouse.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables, and SQL Server Management Studio. Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and DAX Studio.
Proven DW (Data Warehouse) design experience. Familiarity with Visual Studio 2015 (VSTS), Tabular Editor, and SentryOne Plan Explorer. Role Responsibilities: Design and implement BI solutions tailored to financial sector requirements. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using Azure Analysis Services and Power BI. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose the best solutions. Oversee data warehousing activities and ensure high performance and data accuracy. Utilize tools like SSAS Tabular Model and DAX to optimize reporting and analysis processes. Provide architectural vision and recommend changes to improve BI solutions and infrastructure. Manage Azure resources, including subscriptions and resource groups. Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud-based observability solutions, including log processing, monitoring, and introspection. Knowledge of Azure API Management. Experience in defining integration architectures in Azure and understanding Azure Event Hub. Familiarity with cloud security architectures and AI technologies running on the cloud.
