Job Description Summary: For our Innovation and Digital Transformation Team, we are looking for a BI & Analytics Specialist. The selected candidate will develop comprehensive, visually compelling dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across business functions. This role collaborates with the Innovation and Digital Transformation Team, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to deliver insights using reporting tools such as Power BI and analytics tools, either available or bespoke and developed in-house. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the business to understand their reporting needs, translating it into actionable data-based and data-driven solutions, products, and use cases. Develop business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to problems across the business, to deliver value, increase efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Design intuitive dashboards, reports, visualizations, and visual user interface applications that provide valuable insights aligned with business objectives. Improve front-end reporting solutions to ensure dashboards and reports are visually engaging and functional. Troubleshoot UX/UI issues to enhance the user experience and interaction. Manage ETL and data management of the reporting across the company to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, reliable, and kept up to date regarding any change the business would require. Design and implement the core reporting of the company, in line with the overall data infrastructure and platforms. Technical skills Expertise in the use of data analytics and visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, and Grafana, or similar. Hands-on expertise in business communication tools. Proficiency in Python programming for data analytics and visualization (or R, or equivalent language). Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL and equivalent. Business skills Strong business acumen with an ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Experience working directly with business users to assess their needs and propose solutions that align with business strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Objectives driven, team spirit, autonomy, initiative, and ownership. Education and Qualifications MSC's degree in a STEM field or related discipline
