From Centralized Data Warehouse to Targeted/Tailored data analysis within specific business area, the purpose of this role is to assess, support and design the foundation of scalable and performant solutions to enhance reporting and self-serve capability helping organizations derive actionable insights and drive better decision-making.
With a common Enterprise Information Model as the team's portfolio that covers most of the business areas (from finance to non-finance) analysed by a telco company, this person will contribute to the enhancement of the Enterprise model and will create or adapt customized data product to support local market to build scalable and flexible solutions.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
Interact with business stakeholders from different local market to understand and analyse business requirement in order to create tailored data model and business transformation enabling scalability and flexibility having in consideration the tooling and technology specificity. Enhancement of the Enterprise Information Model and the business transformation framework, supporting the analysis, design and review of new demands.Understand the functionality and requirements of centralized financial repositories, Financial Reporting Standards and profitability to support local markets to create or boost existing solutions to drive better and more performant data-driven insights.Enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, security and regulatory requirements.The role will require a good understanding of Group and Local Market's data and analytics strategies, knowledge of Google cloud technologies, data governance technologies, and data management. It is an opportunity to contribute to the development of the Enterprise Information models and functionality, which are complete, fit for purpose and meeting the goals for standardisation and reusability. It will also allow to create tailored made solutions for local markets based on acquired knowledge with the objective of enhancing the commonality and create scalable solutions.
You will also participate and be an essential player on the following topics:
Design of Enterprise Information Model models and functionality
Interact and challenge different stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose alternative solutions.Participate in the design and maintenance of Enterprise Information Model framework including design principles, documentation templates, standards and methodologies.Support and facilitate business analysis to review the completeness of the changes or new demandsDrive tailored data product to support local market to create scalable and flexible solutions
Provide support and guide local market to create strategic and scalable data products. Understand business challenge and requirements to provide alternative solutions and reduce the time to market of new data products.Design Data Models and business transformation Enabling and Scalability and FlexibilityFacilitating Data Governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementWho you areHigher degree in Finance / Maths / Computer Science or equivalentProfessional accreditation in data & analyticsExperience of technical data models, particularly on cloud, and ability to drive technology on design/implementationExperience of BI systems, data governance and compliance activitiesStrong communication and influencing skillsExperience in telecommunication data models is preferred Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
