You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs and mobility initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the business and employee needs. Additionally, you will oversee mobility programs to facilitate the movement of employees across different locations while ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to relevant policies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning a repository and framework of all benefits programs offered across Unilabs in different countriesGuiding local HR teams on policy and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness programsResearch industry trends and best practices to develop strategies for enhancing our benefits offerings and improving employee satisfactionWork closely with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to evaluate plan options, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective solutionsAnalyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and identify areas for improvement or cost savingsAdvising countries on available mobility programs and packages.
