Job Description Greet and welcome guests.
Assist guests with luggage and maintain the luggage room and long-term luggage store in a neat and orderly manner.
Maintain VIP/Group and individual arrivals reports.
Attend to inquiries and provide accurate information to guests.
Determine and ensure compliance with all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
Evaluate the everyday status of all hotels and coordinate with various departments such as reservation, sales, and housekeeping to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
Hospitality background is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
