Some of the Position's Requirements and Responsibilities:

Proficiency in German (C2) and very good English (B2 level minimum)

Availability for variable shifts

Experience in training/formation

Responsible for delivering onboarding, starter training, and providing updates regarding products and processes to the L'Oreal team members
