Role Overview:As a Customer Support Advisor for our premier beauty and cosmetics retailer, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers. You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include supporting the after-sales process, managing online orders and refunds, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
Salary Package:
Monthly Base Salary:855 EUr gross,Annual Base Salary:11,970 EUR
Meal Allowance:7.23 EUR per day (1,908.72 EUR per annum, net)
Transport Allowance:20 EUR per month (240 EUR per annum)
Performance Bonus:Up to 100 EUR per month (1,200 EUR per annum)
Health Insurance:Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Possible Gross Annual Income:Up to 15,318.72 EUR (including base salary, meal allowance, transport allowance, and performance bonus)
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM 07:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday:08:00 to 17:00
Days Off:2 days rotational
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Order Management:Assist customers with online orders, payment issues, tracking shipments, and processing returns and refunds.
Complaint Resolution:Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our beauty products and services to provide accurate information and promote suggestive selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Documentation:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
Excellent communication skills in French both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
