Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays):
08:00 AM 07:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
Type of Contract: Temporary - 4 months (Peak season)
Base Gross Salary: 855 EUR per 14 months
Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR per 12 months

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in French (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional bank holidays.
Remote work experience or flexibility to work remotely across Coimbra to Algarve regions.
Additional Information:
This role offers a competitive salary with a performance bonus during peak season.
The contract duration is 4 months, specifically for our peak operational period.
