You build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role. You champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador. You easily adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities for success. You follow the company grooming standards to a tee. Minimum Requirements: Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy. Some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. Experience in applying makeup and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers.
