Some of the Position's Requirements and Responsibilities:
Customer contact via live chat, phone, emails, web forms, or social media.
Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints.
Providing excellent solutions and service.
Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner.
ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries, or refunds).
Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives, or product specifics).
Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches).
HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions).
What You Will Be Offered:
Salary 980€ gross x14
Food allowance 7€ per day in a card
Complete paid training by certified instructors
