Job Description Work place: Porto Responsibilities: Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1.
Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
Providing excellent solutions, and service.
Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
