Beauty Advisor - German Speaker In Porto (Portugal)

What you'll do
- Manage customer requests relating to Information and Complaints;
- Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers;
- Maintain different channels active (live chat, phone, email, webforms, Social 1:
1);
- Provide excellent solution and service;
- Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner. What you'll need
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required;
- Customer orientation,problem solving skills and teamwork;
- Good IT skills;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Previous experience in Customer Service;
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and high focus on customer satisfaction;
- Prior knowledge in Cosmetics and Luxury sector;
