Experience Levels: Experience in Cargo Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Warehouse management;
Experience can be from operational/administrative roles or consulting;
Teamwork experience in a business context;
Degree in Economics, Business Management, Computer Science Management, Engineering / Industrial Management or equivalent (preferred);
Solid knowledge of business processes in the Transport & Logistics area;
Understanding of organizational business processes;
Basic knowledge of data structures;
Theoretical and practical knowledge of business applications (ERPs) such as Microsoft Dynamics, PHC, Primavera, SAP, SAGE, or standalone Transport & Logistics systems;
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage resources (time, human, and material);
Good personal presentation;
