About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem. ResponsibilitesClosely work with HR Business Partners on various projects and initiativesSupport in day to day employee relations affairs.Support HR projects and task management.Support in annual Employee Performance review.Manage relationships with banking representatives for employee personal banking requests.Manage relationship with external vendor for visa issues.Regularly update relevant spreadsheets and systems with new employee data information.Manage all inquiries on internal communication channel.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.Existing HR experience would be of a plusGood communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders with strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships.Good command of MS office applications.Patient and sensitive to data.With experience in SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous.Team player and quick learner.
