Descrição do emprego Install and config the Windows Server Systems; Guarantee the availability and good function of all systems and services; Troubleshoot and solve the level 2 and 3 incidents; Propose and implement corrections to avoid future incidents; Actively participate on the Capacity Planning; Follow and implement the best security practices; Ensure the right level of service quality in line with the requirements of Service Contracts (SLAs) in your area of responsibility; Implement and maintain the rules of good management and usability of systems and/or products; - Actively participate in the Industrialization and Automation process.
