Provide IT support, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA). Manage support queue for Atlassian Products, addressing technical requests and providing optimal solutions. Use problem-solving skills and app knowledge to resolve challenges and suggest alternatives. Investigate and replicate customer issues to identify and address root causes. Translate support tickets into feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions. Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product add-ons/plugins to meet team and business needs. Identify opportunities for automation and tool support, taking initiative to implement solutions. Contribute to product documentation by creating knowledge-based articles. Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and stakeholders.
