Provide IT support, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA). Manage support queue for Atlassian Products, addressing technical requests and providing optimal solutions. Use problem-solving skills and app knowledge to resolve challenges and suggest alternatives. Investigate and replicate customer issues to identify and address root causes. Translate support tickets into feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions. Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product add-ons/plugins to meet team and business needs. Identify opportunities for automation and tool support, taking initiative to implement solutions. Contribute to product documentation by creating knowledge-based articles. Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence; Knowledge on how to migrate Service JIRA to Data Center Jira; Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports; English mandatory The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
