Balancing specific battles and the overall combat difficulty curve in PvE and PvP missions
Balancing characters and their abilities
Carrying out post-release balance control for new features and content using analytics tools
Conducting in-game battle balance analysis, independently and with the help of analytics tools, suggesting changes and revisions
Creating ToRs for developing analytics dashboards and implementation control
Supporting documentation on game balance, including tables and diagrams
Working with producers, game designers, level designers, and analysts to develop and optimize game balance
What kind of professional are we looking for? Work experience as a game designer on mid-core battler projects, including direct work with balancing combat systems and characters
Work experience using analytics tools for evaluating and correcting game balance, and an understanding of key metrics and how they interact
Knowledge of mathematics and statistics
Advanced knowledge of balance calculation tools (Excel/Google Spreadsheet) with multiparametric formulas
Good understanding of the mid-core market and its audience (battler, RPG, survival)

A portfolio of successful mobile projects within the f2p battler, RPG, or survival genres and projects with a high amount of configurable parameters
