Position: Backup Administrator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)
What You'll Do: Manage backup systems, including Veritas NetBackup (versions 8, 9, 10), OpsCenter, IT Analytics, and SAN Switches;Oversee Windows and Linux environments, IBM and Quantum robotic systems, and DataDomain VTLs;Handle installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and debugging of backup solutions;Provide exceptional client support by addressing service requests and resolving technical challenges;Perform reporting, capacity planning, automation, and scripting to maintain service efficiency.What We're Looking For: Expertise with backup technologies, particularly Veritas NetBackup (v8, v9, v10);Familiarity with IBM and Quantum robotic systems and DataDomain VTLs;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues;At least 5 years of experience in backup management and related technologies;Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems – nice to have;Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is a bonus.How to Apply: Excited to make an impact?
