We are on the lookout for determined, organized and responsible individuals for the role of Backoffice Support Specialist with French and English (Hybrid Model of Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide amazing client service and ensuring high-quality customer experience
Assess and addressing customer inquiries
Handle product support needs and troubleshooting issues
Offer timely, clear and easy-to-follow solutions
Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
Requirements:
Fluency in French and good English skills (B2/C1 level)
Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
Determined, responsible and excited to work on 24/7 shifts

Attractive salary package ( 2500-3000 BGN GROSS ), plus additional health insurance coverage
