Backoffice Specialist With Dutch - Remote Work

Job Description About the project: You will be providing services for Dutch-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks: Receive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and works under strict regulations Handle complex issues relating to the fulfilment of online orders placed by customers Ensure a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase (from order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavour changes to RMA completion Provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues, achieving quick customer satisfaction.
What you need: Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1) Fluent in English (at least B2) Nice to have previous Customer Support experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What we offer Salary without accommodation: 1298€ gross / month Remote work in Portugal - Equipment provided Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
