Backoffice Specialist (M/F)

RMC Surfaces, S.A. is hiring!
We are currently looking for a Backoffice Specialist (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.
Main tasks:
Updating orders;
Invoicing orders and sending documentation to customers;
Managing the logistics involved in dispatching goods;
Managing the requests for quotes from transport companies
Responsible for contracting all transport companies' logistics
Updating reports and maps associated with orders.
Profile:
Previous experience in the role (pref.);
Knowledge of English (mandatory);
Knowledge of French (pref.);
Good time management and prioritisation skills;
Good communication skills.
