You will join our B2B Team, in Esposende, helping us in our operations. They are determined to make things happen - do you want to be a part of this ride?
The mission of this department is to identify and establish partnerships with supermarkets, promoting the presence of our products in national and international retail outlets. Through effective product promotion, it ensures that the most popular items receive adequate visibility, thereby maximizing sales.
Additionally, it provides training and resources to commercial partners, empowering them to understand the features and benefits of the products, which contributes to sales effectiveness.
This team works closely with the logistics team to ensure that products are delivered on time and in proper condition, preventing stockouts and improving customer satisfaction.
The B2B department plays a crucial role in increasing sales and building long-lasting relationships with commercial partners.
The Role
Your mission will be to enhance the quality of the overall service we provide to our B2B clients.
Your main responsibilities will be liaising and providing support to our B2B clients:
Overseeing the receipt, processing, and delivery of goods, ensuring smooth logistics operations;
Managing and resolving issues related to shipments, including liaising with carriers and warehouses to address delays or discrepancies;
Monitoring stock levels, product specifications, and expiration dates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting;
Maintaining accurate records in the internal ERP system, including logistics documentation and campaign tracking;
Processing orders, validating prices, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Your Superpowers
You have experience in administrative tasks and "detail orientation" is your middle name! You not only feel comfortable with working with people, but you are also focused on operational tasks.
Analytical skills;
Problem-solving ability;
Advanced Excel skills;
Language proficiency (would be a plus);
Detail orientation, accuracy, and organisation;
Sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines;
Master administrative tasks;
Proactive and willing to work autonomously;
Experience in retail is a plus.
