MANPOWERGROUP, a global leader in Human Resources services and a specialist in Contact Center Management, is recruiting BackOffice Assistants in the insurance sector who are fluent in French and Dutch.
Main Responsibilities:
General Administrative Tasks: Perform essential tasks including scanning, photocopying, documentation issuance, and inbox monitoring.
Data Entry and Quality Verification: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and quality verification of claims information, in accordance with standards.
Claims Management: Open new accounts for each claim in our system to optimize processing efficiency.
Payment Processing: Prepare payments for claims and provider invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Communication: Print, process, and send standard letters and emails; interact with internal and external parties to resolve inquiries within processing deadlines.
Team Support: Provide coverage for other teams during absences and peak demand periods.
Contribution to Best Practices: Contribute to technical support and procedural best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
Fluent in French and Dutch (knowledge of English is considered an advantage for internal communication);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in the insurance sector is considered an advantage.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs and under pressure;
Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges;
Flexibility to attend training events and/or supplier education;
Appropriate home working environment and conditions (private space to work 8 hours a day without noise);
Fiber internet service (mandatory);
