We are currently looking for Backend Lead-Senior
Requiremntess:
Prior experience with Serverless and MicroservicesProficiency in NodeJS, Java, and Spring BootFamiliarity with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, Fargate, Event Bridge, DynamoDB, CodeBuild, and CloudWatch8+ years of relevant experienceProven experience building and maintaining commercial production systems
Methodologies and Practices:Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structureExperience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)Experience working in highly distributed teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum masterGood system-level understandingStrong problem-solving skillsAnalytical mindset
English and Portuguese should be at least C1
Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be on site/Hybrid
