Backend Lead-Senior/Telecommunication Company

We are currently looking for Backend Lead-Senior
Requirements:

Prior experience with Serverless and Microservices
Proficiency in NodeJS, Java, and Spring Boot
Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, Fargate, Event Bridge, DynamoDB, CodeBuild, and CloudWatch
8+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience building and maintaining commercial production systems

Methodologies and Practices:

Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure
Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
Experience working in highly distributed teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master
Good system-level understanding
Strong problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset

Language Requirements:English and Portuguese should be at least C1
Location:Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra; working model will be on site/Hybrid
