Backend For Sex Shop Site

Website quite finished, but I need to hire a new backend developer.
You must be ready to read other person's code.
Hiring only Russian speaking developers.
Requirements: Proficiency in Python, Django REST Framework, Gitlab, Swagger, PostgreSQL database.
Experience in creating APIs and using Celery.
Ability to upload images and videos on the server.
Responsibilities: Add variables to database tables and connect them.
Implement deletion of all connected variables.
Correct the PATCH API to update existing lines instead of creating new ones.
Fix the POST API to eliminate strange variables during line creation.
Fix email sending notifications to users.
Implement proper IP blocking of users based on country access to specific pages.
Fix user registration email to create a confirmation link and update the database variable.
Create a script using Celery to trigger every midnight, checking conditions and sending emails.
Frontend and DevOps already exist; no skills related to website development or server maintenance are needed.
