Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: The GAIA technical expert service collaborates on the critical applications of Risk P&C CATNAT (Natural Catastrophes) perimeter, in an international context.
GAIA is an AXA Group solution for Natural Perils risk management. It provides entities with technical capabilities at the point of underwriting (mainly scoring, pricing rates, and exposure accumulations management). It is a key tool to steer technical excellence on the AXA major Cat risk. The application is based on ArcGis software and uses HERE geocoding APIs.
The technical expert service collaborates both on BAU and projects and is directly in contact with GRM (Group Risk Management in AXA GIE) actuaries.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of expertise on security and implementation of security in IT applications and infrastructures;Hands-on experience with software development expertise, ideally in geoanalytics and using ArcGis from ESRI editor and development processes, including Agile and DevOps methodologies;Expertise coding in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and in developing CI/CD pipelines (aware of security when coding);Proven experience on best practices in terms of architecture design (AD, Storage and Managed services) will be valued;Ability in using APIs and Microsoft Azure cloud (including cloud frameworks as Azure batch and serviceIO);Analyze business needs and propose technical solutions to answer the need (both for projects and BAU);Develop, test, deploy and document the implemented solutions, in respect with AGO guidelines (DevOps, CI/CD + security guidelines);Ability to travel as needed, as you will on a regular basis have to travel between entities to meet experts of other regions (mandatory);Fluent English level (mandatory);Available to be on Lisbon site 2 days per week (mandatory);If you meet these conditions and would like to join an innovative organization that continually invests in training its talents, send us your application.
