Backend Developer Java (All Genders)

Responsibilities:
Developing backend components based on Java and Spring Boot
Designing business logic components for complex, innovative software solutions in direct customer cooperation in a cloud-native architecture
Solving technical and conceptual challenges such as continuous delivery processes and performance optimization
Working in a scaled-agile environment (Scrum within teams, SAFe-based)
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of experience in backend development
Proven hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, or JakartaEE/Microprofile-implementations (Quarkus, Micronaut) and expertise in the development and integration of microservices
First experience in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Kafka), unit/integration testing and agile project methods (Scrum, DevOps)
University degree in computer science or similar and proficiency in multiple aspects of software development
Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
