Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: 12 600EUR per annumMeal Allowance: 1908,72 EUR per annumPosition Bonus: 1 500 EUR per annumPerformance Bonus: 175 EUR per 12 monthsHealth Insurance: Provided after 6 monthsRelocation Package:Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR (Economy class) on the 6th month of the contractAccommodation: Shared apartment room with a rent of 280 EUR per month (deducted from salary)

Responsibilities:
As a Back Office Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Backoffice Operations:Interact primarily with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).NEBs verify the compliance of transport operators with passenger rights regulations.Handling Complaints:Address and resolve issues raised by NEBs or other stakeholders regarding passenger rights violations.
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
