Location: Lisbon, Portugal Schedule: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Language Requirements: Italian (Native proficiency) English (B2 level) Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: 12 600EUR per annum Meal Allowance: 1908,72 EUR per annum Position Bonus: 1 500 EUR per annum Performance Bonus: 175 EUR per 12 months Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months Relocation Package: Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR (Economy class) on the 6th month of the contract Accommodation: Shared apartment room with a rent of 280 EUR per month (deducted from salary) Contract Type: CDD (Contrat à Durée Déterminée) - 6 months Responsibilities: As a Back Office Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Backoffice Operations: Interact primarily with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
NEBs verify the compliance of transport operators with passenger rights regulations.
Handling Complaints: Address and resolve issues raised by NEBs or other stakeholders regarding passenger rights violations.
Qualifications: Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
