Job Overview:As a Back Office Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal operations and resolving complaints related to passenger rights violations. You will primarily interact with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs).Location: Lisbon, City CenterSchedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00Joining Deadline: 16/10Compensation:Base Salary: 895 per 14 months, 12,530 per annumMeal Allowance: 1,908.72 per annumPosition Bonus: 50 per 12 months, 600 per annumTransport Allowance: 20 per month, 240 per annumGross Annual Income: 15,278.72Performance Bonus: 150 per 12 months, 1,800 per annumHealth Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)Key Responsibilities:Backoffice Operations:Collaborate with NEBs to ensure transport operators' compliance with passenger rights regulations.Handling Complaints:Address and resolve issues raised by NEBs and other stakeholders regarding passenger rights violations.Qualifications:Language Skills: French (Native) and English (B2).Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Required Documents:EU ID or Residence CardManifestação de InteresseArt 57 Visa or Art 54 VisaRelocation Package:Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR (Economy class) after 6 months.Accommodation: Shared apartment room with a rent of 280 EUR per month (deducted from salary).Hiring Process:Application reviewLanguage assessment1 or 2 French interviews with the client#J-18808-Ljbffr
