Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Support Agent will be: Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services. Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions. Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
