Back-End Developer (M/F/D)

The company where you will be working You will be part of the Hays tech team working for a collaborative environment focused on energy transition and green energy solutions.
Your tasks
Develop and maintain a platform using a Python/Django.
Work closely with the team to create a scalable, maintainable code base for future developments.
Collaborate in a small and dynamic team with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Participate in the integration and testing phases of the project.
Engage in critical and strategic thinking to optimize platform development and support the growth of a startup environment.

What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of full stack development experience;
Proficiency in Python/Django;
React and Vue.js knowledge is a plus;
Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset;
Experience in architecture and code construction is a plus;
Fluent in English (C1).
