Qualifications - At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for software development
- At least 3 years' experience in banking area but not necessarily CLM or CRM exposure
- Strong English communication skills is a must, French is a nice-to-have
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members
- Organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
