Job Description Within the Produit Signature électronique, the BA has 3 missions: Build Activity: writing User Story with the Product Owner and participating in project framing (tools: Confluence, JIRA) Run Activity: functional analysis of incidents (Tools: Theia, SQL, ServiceNow) Testing Activity: application testing of projects and patches (tools: ALMQC) The team works in Agile with a scrum master, 2 Business analysts, and 5-6 developers.
