Your responsibilities and impact as B2B Technical Support Agent will be:
Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office day
Supporting customers via different tools, email, and phone
Documenting calls on the ticketing tool
Escalating problems to the different respective teams
Maintaining and improving the customer satisfaction level
Communicating with your direct teammates and different departments
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You speak Dutch and English fluently
You are interested in learning more about IT
You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities
You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a team player
You are reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term employer
You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already)
Able to start on the 12th of September
Can't take any holidays in the first 6 months
What's in it for you:
20,535 euros gross/year
39hrs/week (from Monday to Saturday, rotative shifts 6am/11pm)
Working 4 days a week, 9h45 a day
Sometimes even up to 5 days in a row off
95% remote, 1 day per month in the office (need to live on the mainland, around 100 km away from Barcelona)

They operate Infrastructure Operations Centers and Group Service Desks across Europe, South Africa, Asia, and the Americas to offer support in more than 30 languages. For their office in the center of Barcelona, they are looking for new employees to reinforce their IT Helpdesk team that works in an interesting project for a major German supermarket.
