As Support Agent, you will be the go-to ambassador of our organizers.
You'll be responsible for supporting our organizers in their day-to-day operations on our platform.
Moreover, you will also update our tools and help the Support team with projects and future ideas.

Your target is to offer THE solution to all Shotgun organizers.
What you will doReply to our organizers' support requests in a timely and efficient manner.Manage our support tools to provide the best support experience.Interact in writing with event producers on a daily basis, ensuring they feel supported and happy.Report bugs to our technical team to be resolved quickly.Share producers' requests or feedback to help the product team adjust the product roadmap.Respond to requests and comments on Zendesk.Update Help Center, FAQs, and automatic responses.Help improve current tools, processes, and future projects.The job is made for you if you are...Native or bilingual in Portuguese and very comfortable in English.You have at least 1 year of work experience in related areas (Support is a big plus).You are empathetic, genuinely love to help others, and know how to find the right words and solutions in any situation.You are a structured, organized, and agile person.You are eager to learn and ready to commit to a fast-growing startup.Have a good sense of analytics.Experience with ticketing tools is a plus.PerksMeal vouchers (depending on working days).
