We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team as part of our growth. The Role We are searching for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Own & execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel Be responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on different channels Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels (paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.) Analyze marketing performance data and identify areas for improvement. Develop and A/B test landing pages, website copy, and other marketing materials. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Manage and scale marketing budgets effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to achieve growth goals. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing. B2B marketing experience. Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics, paid advertising, CRM and CRO tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Bonus Points: Experience in the HRtech sector. Experience with marketing automation platforms. Be located with a 3-hour window of GST timezone Competitive salary and benefits package.
