Autosar Sme / Senior Automotive System Engineer Lisboa Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal DECISION is looking for a Senior Automotive System Engineer.Must Have:15+ years of experience in Embedded SW / Automotive domainSolid experience in Embedded C,Solid experience with Autosar: RTE, BSW, MCAL, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANstress, CAN, UDS, Ethernet, Bootloader IntegrationSolid experience with Vector AUTOSAR stack, DaVinci Configurator and developerExperience in formulating the product roadmap for customer projectsExperience in working with Product Owners and Business Leaders to define the technical product strategy.Experience in doing Technical RCA of Problems and Systemic ImprovementsExperience in creating Software Architecture and review Project Level Technical workflowsExperience in doing Project Level Technical Impact Analysis of ChangesExperience in Assessing and Improving Team Training and CompetencyExperience in reviewing design and performance optimizationExperience in reviewing estimates of tasks and functions in projectsExperience in review Technical approach, estimation, technical risks and solution of proposalsExperience in converting customer requirements to software requirementsExperience in configuration management and change management methodologiesStrong oral and written communication skills,Strong Knowledge on Microcontroller,Strong Knowledge on Embedded systems,Good Knowledge on ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA Guidelines,Medium/good level of english (B2 as minimum)
