Autosar Sme / Senior Automotive System Engineer

DECISION is looking for a Senior Automotive System Engineer.

Must Have:
15+ years of experience in Embedded SW / Automotive domain
Solid experience in Embedded C,
Solid experience with Autosar: RTE, BSW, MCAL, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANstress, CAN, UDS, Ethernet, Bootloader Integration
Solid experience with Vector AUTOSAR stack, DaVinci Configurator and developer
Experience in formulating the product roadmap for customer projects
Experience in working with Product Owners and Business Leaders to define the technical product strategy.
Experience in doing Technical RCA of Problems and Systemic Improvements
Experience in creating Software Architecture and review Project Level Technical workflows
Experience in doing Project Level Technical Impact Analysis of Changes
Experience in Assessing and Improving Team Training and Competency
Experience in reviewing design and performance optimization
Experience in reviewing estimates of tasks and functions in projects
Experience in review Technical approach, estimation, technical risks and solution of proposals
Experience in converting customer requirements to software requirements
Experience in configuration management and change management methodologies
Strong oral and written communication skills,
Strong Knowledge on Microcontroller,
Strong Knowledge on Embedded systems,
Good Knowledge on ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA Guidelines,

Medium/good level of english (B2 as minimum)
