In this role, you'll work to successfully onboard customers to the client's software. Whether it's using screen-sharing tools to facilitate onboarding sessions, consulting on software features or demonstrating practical explanations with compassion and patience, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
